A new System for Recording Non-Property Damage has been introduced in Ukraine, listed in the State Register of property affected by aggression.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
“This system primarily addresses the deportations of Ukrainians, murders of civilians by Russians, and those missing under special circumstances,” he noted.
According to Shmyhal, the system will be integrated with other registers and databases and will be managed by the Ministry of Social Policy.
He reported that nine categories have already been opened in the Register of Damages, allowing Ukrainians to submit claims.
“We are working to ensure that all 45 categories of the Register of Damages are opened by the end of the year,” added the Prime Minister.
As a reminder:
Ukrainians have submitted over 20,000 applications through “Diia” to the international Register of Damages caused by Russian aggression.
