Honoring Kyiv's Best at City Hall
The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, hosted a ceremony at city hall to honor the best citizens for their contributions across various professional fields. This was announced by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration.
“In such challenging times for our country, we all crave positive moments. Today is a celebration. It is a great honor for me to present state awards to the best citizens of Kyiv, who represent the fields of education, culture, and healthcare, as well as mothers of large families and volunteers.
We are all united by a common goal — bringing closer our Victory and establishing peace in our country. Your dedicated work sustains the capital of Ukraine even during wartime. I am sincerely grateful to each of you for finding the strength and courage to serve our city and nation!
I wish everyone peace, health, and success in your endeavors!” emphasized Vitali Klitschko.
The mayor awarded nearly 50 individuals. Among the honors were the Order of Merit II class, the Orders of Princess Olga II and III class, the title of “People's Artist of Ukraine,” and many other distinguished awards.
