The Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization announced plans to launch two new types of postponements in the 'Reserve+' app in May. These will be available for individuals with temporary incapacity as well as those who have a spouse in service and children under the age of 18.

Direct quote: "In May, we plan to introduce two new types of postponements:
One for people with temporary incapacity for a period of 6 to 12 months.
The other for citizens who have a spouse in service and children under 18 years old."
According to Chernogorenko, about one-third of all postponements in the country are processed through Reserve+.
She also added that the total number of users of the app is approximately 4 million.
