Ukrainian boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs), who holds the heavyweight titles from WBC, WBO, WBA, and IBO, has expressed his thoughts on the upcoming rematch with Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs).
His words were quoted by Ringmagazine.
"I am grateful to God for the chance to fight for the title of undisputed champion again.
Thank you, Daniel, for taking care of my IBF belt – now I plan to reclaim it," Usyk said.
It’s worth noting that the teams of both boxers have confirmed that the Usyk – Dubois 2 match will take place on July 19 at Wembley Stadium.
Additionally, Usyk and Dubois previously fought in August 2023, where Oleksandr won by knockout in the 9th round.
