How Has the Real Estate Market in Ukraine Changed in 2024?
At the same time, Ukrainians are not rushing to invest in housing: the number of such transactions increased by only 3% over the year, remaining 1.8 times lower than before the full-scale invasion.
However, Ukrainians have started taking out more mortgages – the number of these agreements increased by 14% over the year, totaling nearly 13,000 objects. The recovery in demand for apartments for repayment was mostly driven by the state program eOselya: 70% or 8,500 mortgages for housing last year were processed through it.
