Top Internet Provider in Ukraine for 2025

The independent French company nPerf conducted a study of home internet services from Vodafone and "Kyivstar" in 2025, revealing that the former offers better services for Ukrainians.
Unlike previous years when more providers were compared, this year's research focused solely on Vodafone and "Kyivstar", with the latter falling short in nearly all metrics.
According to the study, Vodafone boasts an average download speed of 200.48 Mbps, compared to 109.04 Mbps for "Kyivstar". Upload speeds are also superior at 196.4 Mbps versus 127.8 Mbps.
Furthermore, Vodafone shows better webpage loading speeds and more stable video streaming, while "Kyivstar" has an edge in latency tests, with 18.32 ms compared to 22.40 ms for its competitor.
Despite Vodafone's better performance in most tests, "Kyivstar" remains the more popular choice, with a user distribution of 66% to 34% in favor of "Kyivstar".
nPerf did not clarify why only two providers were included in this year's report. For comparison, in 2024, Vega led the home internet market, while Lanet held the top position for several previous years.
It is also worth noting that at the beginning of last year, nPerf recognized Vodafone as the best mobile operator in Ukraine for 2024. The research to determine the winner for 2025 will be released in the coming weeks.
