On Mount Pip Ivan Chornohirskyi in the Carpathians, strong winds are reported, with air temperatures dropping to -12⁰C. This has been shared by the "Mountain Rescuers of Prykarpattia" on Facebook.
As of 7:15 AM on November 24, rescuers noted cloudy skies, limited visibility, a southwest wind at 10 m/s, and temperatures at -12⁰C.
