On October 16, the monobank mobile app faced disruptions due to significant load. Users are unable to access the service. This was reported by the bank's co-founder, Oleg Grokhovsky.
Currently, clients cannot utilize the mobile app's features – an error message appears during login attempts.
Monobank announced it has reached 10 million clients and launched a game called “lemon hunt” in its application.
The demand was so high that within the first 10 minutes, 10,000 users found 10 “lemons” each, causing the servers to crash under the load.
“Listen, you could search for them a bit slower. Part of our functionality is down because of you guys,” Grokhovsky stated.
