Energy Update: Restoration of Electricity in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk Regions

DTEK has announced the restoration of electricity supply in the Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
«All families in the Kyiv region have electricity again. We are working on addressing localized issues», — DTEK stated around midnight.
This morning, October 11, it became known that energy workers have restored electricity for over 800,000 families after the strikes.
«We have completed the main restoration work following the massive shelling last night. More than 800,000 residents of the capital have electricity again. There are still local emergencies. Energy workers continue to address specific requests», — the company reported.
Recall that on the night of October 10, Russia launched a massive attack on Kyiv, using ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as strike drones. As a result of the attack, part of the capital was left without electricity. Energy workers have already begun restoration efforts, focusing first on critical infrastructure.
