Today, three long-distance trains were delayed due to a bomb threat report. According to a message from "Ukrzaliznytsia" on Telegram, the situation unfolded early on Saturday, October 11.
Alerts were received regarding potential bomb threats concerning the following trains: № 68/20 Kyiv — Warsaw; № 733 Dnipro — Kyiv; №748 Ternopil — Kyiv.
The trains had to stop, and passengers were evacuated to a safe distance.
Explosive experts and law enforcement officials conducted thorough inspections of the trains for any explosives. No explosive materials were found.
After the inspections were completed, the trains resumed their journeys, with delays reported to be under one hour, as indicated by Ukrzaliznytsia.
