The ticket sales have begun for trains departing next week on the new European rail route from Ukraine to the EU.
Starting from September 12, 2025, direct passenger trains will operate from Uzhgorod to EU cities — Bratislava, Vienna, and Budapest. Tickets became available for purchase on September 5.

Train №961/618 Uzhgorod — Bratislava. Departure from Uzhgorod at 8:09 AM, arrival in Bratislava at 6:33 PM. Train №617/964 Bratislava — Uzhgorod departs from Bratislava at 11:27 AM, arriving in Uzhgorod at 10:35 PM.
Train №146 Uzhgorod — Budapest — Vienna. Departure from Uzhgorod at 8:09 AM, arrival in Budapest at 2:20 PM, arrival in Vienna at 5:20 PM. The return trip of train №143 Vienna — Budapest — Uzhgorod will depart from Vienna at 10:42 AM, arriving in Budapest at 1:19 PM and Uzhgorod at 10:35 PM.
