In August, Ukrzaliznytsia is expanding travel options by launching an extra train No. 265/266 from Kyiv to Odesa. This train will operate from August 20 to 31, excluding weekends, offering greater convenience for journeys between the capital and the seaside.
According to Ukrzaliznytsia, the train will depart from Kyiv on the specified dates at 8:40 AM and arrive in Odesa at 6:08 PM. The travel time will be 9 hours and 28 minutes, which is standard for this route.
From Odesa, the train will leave on the same days at 11:27 AM, reaching Kyiv at 8:20 PM. The schedule is designed to allow passengers to conveniently plan trips for both weekends and weekdays.
"We are pleased to announce additional train services to Odesa in August!", stated Ukrzaliznytsia.
The train will include compartment cars with seating, ensuring a comfortable travel experience. This format is suitable for passengers who prefer daytime trips and do not require sleeping accommodations.
Tickets can be purchased through the Ukrzaliznytsia app, on the official website, or at train station ticket counters. It is recommended to book tickets in advance, as demand for trips to Odesa is traditionally high during the summer.
