During a meeting led by President Volodymyr Zelensky, issues regarding the development of the defense industry, agreements with partners, and supplies for the army were discussed.
The head of state shared this information via Telegram.
«We held a meeting focused on defense matters: our own weapon production, partnerships, and supplies for the Ukrainian armed forces. We are thoroughly examining the execution of all contracts and investment projects», - noted Zelensky.
He mentioned that participants of the meeting identified key steps to be taken soon and the main indicators for assessing the effectiveness of defense management by the end of this year.
«The amount of Ukrainian weapons must increase», - emphasized the President.
Participants in the meeting included Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
