Exporting Ukrainian Military Technologies: New Opportunities
Ukraine is preparing to initiate the export of its military technologies to partner countries in Europe and beyond. This includes the production of drones, rockets, and possibly artillery systems abroad.
President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this during a press meeting, as reported by Liga.net.
He emphasized that the export will cover technologies in drones, artillery, and rockets. There are already agreements in place allowing foreign partners access to Ukrainian technologies and the production of weapons in their countries.
"We have launched the 'Build with Ukraine' program, and this summer we will sign agreements to start exporting our technologies abroad by opening production lines in European countries and perhaps others that support us and fund the production of drones and rockets in Ukraine," said the president.
Zelensky stressed the importance of preventing technology leaks to the aggressor state, making export to countries sympathetic to Russia impossible.
The president also noted positive signals regarding technology exports and weapons production from Denmark, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Lithuania.
In 2025, Ukraine achieved record funding levels for its defense industry: "This year, we found 43 billion dollars in the defense sector," concluded Zelensky.
