Local health control laboratories regularly check the water quality in recreational areas designated for swimming, as reported by Ukraine's Health Center.
As of June 2, the water at the beaches meets all standards:
in the Dnipro district — at the beaches 'Venice', 'Rainbow', 'Children’s', 'Golden', 'Youth', 'Suburban Slobidka', 'Central' on the Dnipro River and 'Telbin';
in the Desnyansky district — 'Troieshchyna' on the Desenka River and 'Chortoryi' in 'Muromets' park;
in the Obolon district — 'Pushcha-Vodytsia' on lines 5-7 and 'Obolon Island'.
We remind you that there will be no official announcement of the swimming season in Kyiv, but the beaches and water bodies are being prepared for the summer. Experts from KP 'Plesso' are already working on landscaping, cleaning the waters, and ensuring sanitary conditions so that residents can safely enjoy their time by the shore.
