On April 18, two tragic fatalities were reported in the Kyiv region due to fires resulting from the burning of dry vegetation.

Details: In the Boryspil district at 18:14, a fire broke out in Pereiaslav, affecting grassy areas.
During the firefighting efforts, the body of a deceased man was discovered.
Earlier, at 11:00 in the village of Mostyshche, Fastiv district, a fire covering an area of 5 hectares occurred.
Within an hour, strong winds caused the flames to spread to three nearby outbuildings, where another victim was soon found.
Quote: "We must emphasize once again: burning dry vegetation is extremely dangerous! Such actions can lead to large-scale fires, property damage, and most tragically — to loss of life."
