Success of Electronic Document Management in Ukrainian Education
In Ukraine, following the launch of electronic document management in the 'Diya' app, more than 26 million educational documents have been created.
This was announced by Minister of Education Oksen Lisovyi at the 'Dream Post-Education' conference, as reported by 'Interfax'.
"Thanks to effective collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, we have implemented several initiatives that have significantly simplified access to education for all participants in the process. Now, in 'Diya', electronic documents are available, generated over 26 million times", the minister stated.
He also mentioned that the ministry has streamlined the application process for the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT), introduced full electronic accounting of students in schools, and created the ability to submit applications for transfer or enrollment in educational institutions in electronic format.
It should be noted that the option to obtain educational documents in the 'Diya' app became available in March 2024.
The Ministry of Education explained that diplomas, certificates, and attestations "are automatically pulled", but only those are displayed for which information is available in the Register of Educational Documents of the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE).
Additionally, documents related to education that were not transferred after the occupation cannot be found in the app.
