In the evening, the President of Ukraine plans to meet in Brussels with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
Consequently, negotiations between Zelensky and Rutte with the Presidents of the European Council and the European Commission, Antonio Costa and Ursula von der Leyen, are anticipated.
