A surprising incident occurred a few days ago on the streets of the Darnytsia district in Kyiv. A street musician faced aggression from a passerby who demanded that he perform a song in Russian. When the musician refused, the aggressor began to threaten him with physical violence, using foul language.
Upon learning of the incident through social media, the police promptly began an investigation. Thanks to criminal analysis specialists, the perpetrator was quickly identified as a 29-year-old local resident. He could not explain his actions, claiming he was under the influence of alcohol.
Law enforcement authorities took him to the Darnytsia police station, where an administrative report was filed against him for minor hooliganism under Article 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
