Kyiv Man Arrested for Drug Dealing on Electric Scooter

A 45-year-old man in Kyiv was apprehended by police while planning to sell psychotropic substances, transporting them on an electric scooter to evade detection. The police stopped him during a patrol and discovered the drugs packed in zip bags inside his backpack.
The investigative team arrived at the scene to document the incident. It was revealed that the suspect had a prior criminal record related to drug offenses. Authorities also found cannabis, amphetamines, and approximately 300,000 UAH in cash at his residence.
The man is currently in custody and faces up to 12 years in prison for the illegal acquisition, storage, and transportation of psychotropic substances.
