The Cabinet of Ministers is set to eliminate the requirement for work completion acts. The respective draft law has already been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.
This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko during a meeting with business representatives in Zakarpattia on September 5.
Draft law No. 13598 proposes to remove the mandatory signing of work completion acts for cashless payments, serving as proof of service receipt.
Such measures will ease collaboration for Ukrainian companies with their European business partners.
"We estimate that this innovation will save Ukrainian businesses around UAH 20.2 billion annually," Svyrydenko noted.
Recall: The Strategic Investment Council approved the Unified Project Portfolio of state public investments for 2026, which includes 149 initiatives with an estimated total value of UAH 11.4 trillion.
