June Financial Update: Revenue for the National Budget
In June of this year, the national budget of Ukraine received 241.2 billion UAH in taxes and fees, marking a significant increase compared to May's figure of 204.8 billion UAH.

The primary sources of revenue, as monitored by tax and customs authorities, include:
- 49.7 billion UAH – dividends from state-owned enterprises;
- 43.5 billion UAH – VAT on imported goods;
- 30.1 billion UAH – personal income tax;
- 24.4 billion UAH – excise tax;
- 21.7 billion UAH – VAT on domestically produced goods;
- 5.2 billion UAH – corporate profit tax;
- 4.4 billion UAH – import and export duties;
- 3 billion UAH – rent payments for resource extraction.
Another significant source of income for June was international aid in the form of grants totaling 43.9 billion UAH.
Overall, for June 2025, the total revenue was 325.5 billion UAH.
In the first half of 2025, the national budget received 1.3 trillion UAH, and the total for both the general and special funds reached 1.87 trillion UAH.
Cash expenditures of the state budget during this period amounted to 2.4 trillion UAH, including 1.87 trillion UAH from the general fund.
State borrowing for the half-year reached 856.2 billion UAH, or 87.0% of the planned amount.
