Alina Filipovich Claims Bronze at European Wrestling Championship

Ukrainian athlete Alina Filipovich in the under 59 kg weight category secured a bronze medal at the European Wrestling Championship taking place in Bratislava, Slovakia.

In the bronze final, she triumphed over Hungary's Erika Bognar with a score of 3:2.

It is worth mentioning that Filipovich advanced to the small final automatically due to the neutral athlete reaching the final, to whom she lost in the quarterfinals.

This marks the third bronze medal for Ukraine at the tournament. Previously, Andriy Zhelep in the under 61 kg category and Oleksandra Khomenets in the under 55 kg category also claimed similar honors.
