A New Category "Death of a Close Relative" Added to the Damage Register
The International Damage Register, established due to Russian aggression, has expanded its categories and now accepts applications regarding the death of a close relative caused by the war.
In April, during the international conference "Restoring Justice for Ukraine" in The Hague, the launch of the claims submission process to the Damage Register was announced. Initially, this concerned one category of applicants: damage or destruction of residential property.
Subsequently, rules and forms for new categories of claims were adopted. The Register will include over 40 categories.
