Updated Tax-Exempt Goods List for Defense Support
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has released an updated list of goods and services that are exempt from taxation.
This announcement was made on the official website of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
The changes are primarily aimed at enhancing the capacity of civil society organizations to support the Defense Forces, combat participants, and internally displaced persons.
According to the Ministry, the new Cabinet resolution allows for the tax-free import of vehicles delivered by volunteers.
"The list has been reduced from 500 to 133 items. At the same time, it includes many new items necessary for defenders and internally displaced persons, such as drones, electronic warfare systems, and their components, as well as tactical medical supplies," the statement reads.
The updated resolution also introduces new categories for "Medical Services" and "Educational Services."
"This means that combat participants, military personnel, veterans, and IDPs will have additional opportunities to access medical and educational services funded by charitable contributions under special conditions," the agency explained.
Reminder:
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a list of goods temporarily exempt from excise tax and VAT for free transfer operations.
