New Credit Program for Entrepreneurs in Ukraine
Entrepreneurs in Ukraine have gained new opportunities for secure business development thanks to the special credit conditions for business real estate from Bank Credit Dnipro. This program is part of the government initiative "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" and offers small businesses advantageous financing terms: low interest rates, extended loan terms, and a convenient application process. An important benefit of the program is the annual insurance protection provided by INGO without any additional costs.
Loans can be obtained for the purchase of business real estate or equipment. The advantages of the program include partial compensation of the interest rate, which can be as low as 7%, and can decrease to 5% under conditions of creating new jobs. The maximum loan amount reaches 10 million UAH, with a term of up to 7 years. A one-time commission of 1.5% is a competitive offer for the Ukrainian market.
The annual insurance coverage provided to entrepreneurs as a bonus from the bank is offered by the most experienced company in the corporate insurance segment – INGO. The insurance coverage includes not only classic risks, such as fires, accidents, and natural disasters, but also war-related risks – missile strikes, drone debris, and other forms of armed aggression or defense actions.
Insurance covers both damaged property and financial losses if the business is forced to halt operations due to military actions. An important detail of the program is that the insurance protection takes effect immediately upon signing the agreement. This means that entrepreneurs can be confident in the safety of their business from day one.
"We participated in the bank's lending program to help entrepreneurs overcome uncertainty during wartime and aggression threats," emphasized Andriy Semchenko, Director of Corporate Business.
"One of the main barriers to investment is the fear of unforeseen losses that can negatively impact a company's financial health. The lack of protection from such risks can halt not only individual businesses but also slow down economic growth overall. That is why the cooperation between Bank Credit Dnipro and INGO is strategically significant for overcoming these barriers," noted Andriy Semchenko.
In turn, the bank is confident that the option of insurance covering military risks adds considerable value to the credit offering.
"We actively support our resilient businesses, which continue to operate and find growth opportunities despite all circumstances," said Pavel Likhomanov, Director of the Small and Micro Business Department at Bank Credit Dnipro.
"I would like to emphasize that the insurance coverage includes not only material damages but also losses associated with halting operations due to military risks. This allows businesses to quickly recover and continue their activities," added Pavel.
The process of obtaining a loan for entrepreneurs is not different from the classic algorithms. To do this, it is necessary to fill out an application on the bank's website, after which specialists will consult on the list of required documents.
Financing under the program is already available for enterprises that have financial reporting for the last year, a positive credit history, and have been operating for at least 12 months. The proposed support mechanism can become an additional tool for entrepreneurs planning long-term investments in business development, despite the unstable economic conditions of wartime.
