Congress of Ukrainians in Canada: A New Era for the Community

The XXVIII Triennial Congress of Ukrainians in Canada, hosted by the Ukrainian Congress of Canada (UCC), is scheduled for November 14-16 in Toronto.

This event is one of the largest gatherings for the Ukrainian-Canadian community, bringing together leaders, politicians, officials, and active citizens.

Participants will discuss key issues affecting Ukrainians in Canada and outline strategic priorities for community development.

“In a time when the Ukrainian people are heroically defending the sovereignty of Ukraine and the freedom of Europe against the Russian aggressor, the XXVIII Congress is a vital opportunity to set strategic directions and priorities for the Ukrainian-Canadian community for the next three years,” said Ihor Myhalchyshyn, Executive Director of the UCC.

Continuous international support for Ukraine, where Canada will continue to play a leading role, is crucial for ensuring Ukrainian victory, Myhalchyshyn added.

The UCC encourages Ukrainians worldwide to participate in the event. “Together — we are unbreakable!” the UCC emphasized.
