The Ukrainian military is actively enhancing methods to reduce the threat posed by Russian guided aerial bombs. Currently, modern weaponry is being tested to neutralize enemy KABs.
This information comes from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine following a regular meeting on military capability development.
"Modern warfare requires continuous improvement and expansion of drone systems and other advanced means to defend against the enemy. The intelligence report discussed the measures the adversary is taking to increase the effectiveness of its airstrikes during mass attacks involving missiles and drones," the message states.
Military leaders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces provided reports on efforts aimed at enhancing capabilities for effective counteraction against the enemy.
The General Staff emphasizes that our defenders are addressing the threats from Russian aerial bombs and are actively testing new types of weaponry to counter KABs.
Additionally, from September to November, the air defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed around 100 enemy guided aerial bombs.
