New Wave of Attacks on Kyiv: Casualties and Damage

On the night of November 14, Russian forces launched a new wave of attacks on Kyiv and its surrounding areas. As a result of the strikes, one person was killed and several others injured. The mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, and the head of the regional administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, confirmed this information through the State Emergency Service (SES). 
The strikes were carried out using drones and missiles, hitting various parts of the city.
In particular, a high-rise building in the Podil district was hit on the 15th floor, while in the Sviatoshyn district, the 7th floor was affected. In the Obolon district, a nine-story building was struck, leading to fires in apartments from the 7th to the 9th floors.
In the Dnipro district, debris from a drone struck a five-story building, causing damage on one of the lower floors and fires in two apartments. Fires were also reported in at least four other buildings. Rescue teams saved over 40 individuals from the affected structures.
Furthermore, reports indicate damage to administrative buildings, fires on school grounds, and ignitions of wooden structures at a sports base. Damages to heating networks resulted in some buildings in the Desnyansky district temporarily losing heat supply.
Currently, the number of fatalities in the capital has risen to three, although rescuers have yet to reach all areas to verify this information. The number of injured has also increased to 26, including two children aged 7 and 10 years. Nine individuals, including a pregnant woman, have been hospitalized.
Additionally, the Russians heavily targeted Kyiv region, affecting critical infrastructure facilities.
Six people were injured, including a 55-year-old man in Bila Tserkva who was hospitalized with thermal burns. Other injuries were reported, including a 40-year-old man with multiple shoulder wounds, a 47-year-old with a cut on his forearm, a 7-year-old child with facial injuries, a 56-year-old man with a bruise to the forehead, and a 56-year-old woman with a laceration on her arm.
In Bucha, Vyshhorod, and Fastiv districts, private houses caught fire, while in the Bila Tserkva district, warehouse premises were affected.
