The Ukrainian Armed Forces executed a missile strike that disabled the Orlovskaya Thermal Power Plant and the substation in Novobryansk (Russia). This was reported by the Navy on their Facebook page.
"Ukrainian Navy units successfully delivered a precise strike with Neptune cruise missiles on the Orlovskaya TPP and the Novobryansk substation," the statement said.
Both facilities were crucial for powering military enterprises in the region, making their incapacitation a significant blow to the logistics of Russian forces.
