Julia Svyrydenko, the Prime Minister of Ukraine, showcased the damaged government building that was hit during a Russian attack on September 7. She shared this information on her Facebook page.
Svyrydenko assured that no one was harmed and that the fire has been extinguished. She also emphasized that the government's work will continue despite the destruction.
"I urge our partners and all countries of the world to turn their disappointment over Russia's actions into effective support for Ukraine – not for the government building, but for the protection of our people across the nation. It’s time to act. Ukraine needs more air defense systems to safeguard its skies and energy infrastructure, especially with winter approaching. Increase sanctions pressure on Russia to diminish its military resources," Svyrydenko stated.
