Strategic Attacks on Russian Facilities
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed successful strikes on critical facilities in Russia, including the Ryazan oil refinery.

In the night of September 5, units of unmanned systems and special operations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in cooperation with other defense forces, struck the Ryazan refinery.
Preliminary reports indicate hits on the primary oil processing unit, which has a capacity of 6 million tons per year.
"The Ryazan refinery, with a design capacity of 17.1 million tons per year, is one of the largest refineries in Russia. It produces various grades of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, liquefied gases, and other petroleum products. This facility is essential for supplying the Russian military," commented the General Staff.
Additionally, special operations units targeted positions of two S-400 “Triumph” missile defense divisions in the Kaluga region. Preliminary data suggests hits on a command and staff vehicle and a control point.
Moreover, the Security Service of Ukraine successfully attacked a storage facility for engineering munitions and drones of the Russian troops in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, leading to secondary detonations and a fire.
