Ukrainian Air Defense Achievements During Night Assault

In the night of September 4, Ukrainian air defense forces successfully destroyed or neutralized 84 Russian drones out of 112 launched.

This was reported by the Command of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via their Facebook page.

"On the night of September 4 (starting from 7:30 PM on September 3), the enemy launched an attack with 112 strike UAVs of the Shahed type and other drones from the directions of: Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Orel, Primorsk-Akhtarsk – RF, and Hvardiyiske – temporarily occupied Crimea," the report states.

The attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups.

As of 09:00, preliminary data indicates that the air defense has shot down or neutralized 84 enemy Shahed-type drones and other UAVs in the north, south, and east of the country.

A total of 28 strike UAVs were recorded hitting 17 locations, with downed drones falling at 5 locations.

In Odesa, as a result of the Russian UAV attack, warehouses caught fire.
