According to KMVA, as of 08:30, the number of injured has risen to 45.
"Today's Russian missiles and drones are a clear response to all those who have called for a ceasefire. Russia chooses to continue killing rather than pursue peace," Zelensky emphasized.
He also expressed hopes for China's reaction, as the country has repeatedly called for the war not to escalate.
"The death of children should evoke greater emotions. We expect a reaction from everyone who called for peace but now remains silent," the president added.
Zelensky called for new stringent sanctions against Russia for its actions.
"Russia must feel responsible for every strike, for every day of this war," he concluded.
