Ukrainian Air Defense Successfully Intercepts Drones

Ukrainian air defense forces successfully neutralized 47 out of 59 Russian drones.

Starting from 7 PM on Monday, August 25, Russian forces launched 59 strike drones of the Shahed type, alongside various imitation drones from directions including Kursk, Shatalovo, Bryansk, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. The air attack was countered by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's defense forces. Preliminary data indicates that as of 9 AM on Tuesday, August 26, air defense managed to shoot down 47 enemy drones in the northern and eastern parts of the country.

There were recorded hits of 12 drones at 9 different locations.
