On the night of July 30 to 31, Russia executed a new strike on Ukraine, deploying 317 drones and missiles, most of which were aimed at the capital. Fortunately, air defense systems neutralized 291 of these threats, but there were instances of hits leading to casualties.

From 18:00 on July 30, the enemy initiated the attack:
309 strike drones of the Shahed type and various imitation drones from directions: Bryansk, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – RF;
8 cruise missiles "Iskander-K" from the Kursk region, RF.
The primary target of the enemy's strikes was the capital of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense had downed/neutralized 291 enemy aerial threats:
288 strike drones;
3 cruise missiles "Iskander-K".
Direct hits were recorded from 5 missiles (one of which struck a residential building in Kyiv) and 21 strike drones across 12 locations, along with debris falling in 19 locations, mostly within the capital.
