Night Attack in Kherson: Impact of Shelling
In Kherson, Russian military forces conducted a nighttime attack on the Central Market and residential neighborhoods in the Khorabelny district.
This information was released by the Kherson Military Administration via Telegram, sharing video footage of the shelling aftermath.
“Once again, Russian terrorists struck the Central Market. The residential areas of the Khorabelny district were also under enemy fire,” the statement read.
A local resident, whose home was damaged by the night shelling, shared that this is the second time they have experienced such an event. She and her husband, who suffered a stroke, remain indoors, thus requiring physical assistance to deal with the aftermath of the shelling.
Social workers from the Kherson Military Administration visited the shelling sites. Affected individuals received necessary consultations, and emergency measures were planned to address the consequences of the attacks.
Volunteers from the charity fund “Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv” and the public organization “Strong But Free” are involved in the recovery efforts. The municipal enterprise “Parks of Kherson” is providing a large container for collecting construction debris, while employees of the Kherson Regional Communal Emergency Rescue Service (KHOARS) will secure the windows.
