In Shostka, in the Sumy region, two individuals have died and four, including a 7-year-old child, have been injured due to airstrikes. The attacks were carried out by Russian forces using guided bombs and drones.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
As a result of the strikes, multiple fires broke out. Damages were reported in several apartment buildings, private homes, and non-residential structures.
The deceased were two men aged 50 and 55. Four residents from one of the apartment buildings were injured, among them is a 7-year-old child.
Emergency responders are working to mitigate the consequences of this incident.
