Identification of the War Criminal Involved in the Attack on the Hospital
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has disclosed information about a war criminal involved in the attack on the “Ohmatdyt” children’s hospital in Kyiv.
Today, on the anniversary of the missile strike on the National Specialized Children's Hospital “Ohmatdyt”, the military intelligence of Ukraine publishes details about one of the individuals responsible for this war crime.
Major Denis Sheynov of the Russian Armed Forces is the head of the special engineering service of the 121st heavy bomber aviation regiment of the 22nd heavy bomber aviation division.
This unit was directly involved in the terrorist attack on the medical facility, where 627 children were receiving treatment at the time of the strike.
Major Sheynov was responsible for the technical preparation of X-101 cruise missiles for use by strategic bomber aircraft.
War criminal Denis Sheynov was born on January 30, 1978, in Saratov. Passport: series 6302 No. 906672, issued on March 15, 2002, by the internal affairs department of Kirovsky district in Saratov.
He is a graduate of the Saratov Higher Military Engineering Command School of Rocket Troops. In 2018, he was in Syria, performing so-called special assignments.
He has been awarded the medals «For Military Valor» II class (2000), «For Distinction in Military Service» I class (2015), and «Participant in the Military Operation in Syria» (2019).
Sheynov is married to Elena Mikhaylovna Shabalova, born on April 30, 1976, and has a son and a daughter. The family's permanent residence is in Saratov, Batavina Street, building 12, apartment 266.
