Tragic Outcomes of Attacks: Woman's Death and Injured Children
A woman in Kharkiv, who suffered severe injuries from Russian airstrikes in the Kholodnohirs'kyi district, has died in a hospital.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office on Telegram.
“Unfortunately, a 34-year-old woman, who sustained serious injuries from a drone attack in the Kholodnohirs'kyi district of Kharkiv, has died in the hospital,” the post said.
City Mayor Ihor Terekhov noted on Telegram that as a result of two waves of attacks on the morning of July 7, 71 people were injured in Kharkiv.
“The number of injured has risen to 71, including 7 children,” the post stated.
Among the injured are two boys aged 7 and 17, as well as two girls aged 14 and 9, the prosecutor's office reported.
According to the Kharkiv City Council, 54 buildings were damaged, with over 1600 windows shattered.
“As a result of enemy attacks that occurred today, 54 buildings were damaged in the Shevchenkivskyi, Slobidskyi, and Kholodnohirs'kyi districts. In total, over 1.6 thousand windows were shattered, 120 balconies were damaged, 16 doors, and five roofs,” the city council reported.
Municipal services are working to clear the aftermath of the explosions: sealing off areas and removing debris.
In total, the enemy struck the peaceful city with 10 drones.
