Strike on a Key Russian Military Industry Facility
On the night of July 5, Ukrainian forces struck a significant military industrial complex facility in Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic.
This facility belongs to JSC «VNIIR-Progres» and specializes in the production of adaptive antenna arrays known as «Kometa».
This information was reported by the General Staff.

The target was the production capabilities for adaptive antenna arrays.
These antennas are utilized in drones, «Iskander-K» missiles, and in precision-guided munitions that regularly strike Ukraine.
According to the staff, the strike successfully reached its target.
The results are being clarified.
Strike on the «Borisoglebsk» Airfield in Voronezh Region
That night, the defense forces also targeted the Russian airfield «Borisoglebsk» in Voronezh region.
The enemy is unable to penetrate deeper into the territory but continues shelling the border areas.
«On July 5, units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in coordination with other defense components, struck the «Borisoglebsk» airfield located in Voronezh region,» the statement said.
Russian aircraft such as Su-34, Su-35S, and Su-30SM are stationed there.
According to the staff, a storage facility for guided bombs and possibly other aircraft were hit.
