On the evening of July 2, the Russian army executed a drone strike in Sumy, fortunately resulting in no reported injuries.
This was confirmed by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleg Grygorov, along with local police officials.
The incident took place around 6:00 PM when an enemy drone targeted the Kovpakivsky district.
Direct quote: "The shockwave damaged the windows of a minibus passing by during the attack. The driver quickly moved to a safe distance and dropped off passengers – none were harmed.".
Additionally, several private vehicles and a residential building sustained damage to their windows.
