Massive Attacks on Ukraine: Night Escalation of Violence
On the night of June 29, another wave of aggression from Russian forces occurred.
Initially, drones were launched, followed by reports of missile strikes.
"A MiG-31K was noted taking off from the Savasleyka airfield," the Air Forces warned.
"The activity of three Tu-95MS bombers from Olenya airfield was recorded, flying in a southeastern direction," military sources reported.
Attack on Lviv: Civil Infrastructure Under Threat
In Lviv, Russian troops targeted critical infrastructure.
The mayor, Andriy Sadovyi, confirmed that there were no casualties.
"Despite the complexity of this nighttime attack, no one was harmed in Lviv," he stated.
Smiła Under Attack in Cherkasy
In Cherkasy region, civilian infrastructure was damaged due to the Russian attack.
Six people were injured in Smiła, including a child.
Preliminary reports indicate that three nine-story buildings were damaged.
The local college of food technology suffered significant destruction.
Strike on an Enterprise in Poltava
In Poltava, the enemy attacked an industrial enterprise in the Kremenchuk district.
A fire broke out at the site of the shelling.
"Rescue units are already working to mitigate the aftermath. No information about casualties has been received so far," said the head of the OVA, Volodymyr Kohut.
Emergency services showed how they worked to clear the wreckage, rescuing pets in the process.
Damage in Ivano-Frankivsk
As a result of the massive shelling in Ivano-Frankivsk, a woman was injured.
Debris from enemy missiles fell on private properties in the Rohaтyn and Bilshivtsi communities.
OVA head Svitlana Onyshchuk reported that windows of the Church of the Protection of the Holy Virgin were damaged in Vasuchyn, and a woman was injured in Narayivka and hospitalized.
Missile Strike on Zaporizhzhia
Zaporizhzhia also suffered a missile strike, resulting in damage to an industrial facility.
Regional head Ivan Fedorov indicated that, preliminarily, no casualties were recorded.
Mykolaiv Under Drone Attack
Mykolaiv was targeted by ballistic missiles and several groups of Shahed drones.
Infrastructure objects were hit, resulting in a fire.
No casualties have been reported, according to OVA information.
