Direct quote: "Preliminary information indicates that the Russians used a ballistic missile produced in North Korea. Our intelligence agencies are investigating all the details. If it is confirmed that this missile was indeed manufactured in North Korea, it will serve as further evidence of the criminal alliance between Russia and Pyongyang. They kill people and mock life together – this is the essence of their cooperation. Russia constantly uses such weapons – missiles, artillery. Meanwhile, Pyongyang has the opportunity to make its weapons deadlier in real war conditions."
Details: The President also mentioned that debris removal is still ongoing in Kyiv after the missile attack.
He reported that just on Thursday, the Russian army used over 200 weapons against Ukrainians – missiles and strike drones. As of now, more than 100 people have been injured, and 12 have been killed.
Direct quote: "There needs to be real pressure on Russia to stop this. Even amidst international diplomatic efforts to end this war, Russia continues to kill civilians. This shows that Putin is not afraid. A complete and unconditional cessation of strikes is required, and Russia must comply. We need to justly end this war. To truly guarantee the safety of our people, we need to strengthen our air shield."
Background: On the night of April 24, Ukraine was subjected to a massive combined attack by Russian forces. Currently, there are reports of 12 fatalities due to the missile strike on Kyiv.
