Tech Advancement: PolyTECH Summit 2025
On October 18, 2025, the PolyTECH Summit took place at UNIT.City, marking a significant event in the educational program that gathered over 1200 students from technical universities across Ukraine.
This initiative, supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, has been a breakthrough in collaboration between education, business, and government sectors.
From September 15 to October 17, students participated in the intensive PolyTECH EDU program, culminating in the grand summit in the capital on October 18.
The event was opened by First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov and Minister of Education and Science Oksen Lisovyi, who emphasized the strategic importance of developing the tech ecosystem for the country's future.
"The summit program brought together representatives from leading tech companies, educational institutions, and government bodies. Participants had the chance to learn about corporate education from financial institutions, engage with engineering programs from tech giants, and discuss the responsible implementation of artificial intelligence in higher education," — stated UNIT.City.
A highlight of the event was a panel discussion between university representatives and tech companies, showcasing various approaches to preparing future professionals.
Attendees were not only able to listen to expert talks but also take part in interactive sessions, workshops, and networking events, focusing on the practical application of knowledge and building professional connections.
"We are impressed by the engagement and activity of participants at the PolyTECH Summit. Their energy and genuine interest in technology inspire us to keep moving forward," — shared Pavlo Mykhailiuk, Development Director at UNIT.City.
He believes that such projects are critically important for shaping a new generation of leaders in the tech industry. "We are confident that we will return next year with an even more ambitious program that will open up more opportunities for talented young Ukrainians," — concluded Mykhailiuk.
The program was implemented with the support of leading companies, with title partners including OMD | Optimum Media, Credit Agricole Bank, and Ajax Systems, while Lenovo served as the tech partner.
