From September 10 to 12, a nationwide training event took place in the Rivne region, aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles considering the challenges posed by war and the post-war period.
Forty participants from 13 regions of Ukraine took part in the event.
Over three days, the participants:
gained knowledge and practical skills for maintaining health and personal resilience;
learned basic first aid techniques;
discussed nutrition, physical activity, and risk behavior prevention;
built a supportive community for experience sharing.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in collaboration with the Youth and Sports Department of the Rivne Regional State Administration, and supported by the project “EU4Youth IV: Engaging and Empowering Youth,” co-funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
