On August 29, 2025, an International Forum titled “Hybrid Warfare: Addressing New Challenges” was held in Kyiv, organized by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in collaboration with the Institute of National Resilience and Security, with support from NATO.
The event featured Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, along with experts from Ukraine and abroad, including military personnel, scholars, politicians, diplomats, and media representatives.
Prior to the forum, attendees paid tribute to the fallen defenders of Ukraine and the civilian victims of Russia's genocidal war.
“Our forum aims to initiate discussions on how resilience to disinformation and the development of strategic communications are critical for national and global security,” stated Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine.
