Introducing a New Digital Platform for Ukraine's Youth
On August 12, Ukraine's Minister of Youth and Sports, Matviy Bidnyi, unveiled a new digital platform for youth: http://easy.gov.ua.
This announcement took place during the Youth Forum in Kyiv.
“We are launching a new portal that showcases opportunities for youth from government institutions and private organizations. Alongside this, we are starting the beta testing of the assistant 'IZI', which helps users find personalized opportunities. This is the first step towards creating a comprehensive support ecosystem for youth,” said Matviy Bidnyi.
The 'IZI' assistant, developed using AI, is a key tool for engaging with youth on the platform. It is available on popular messaging apps, understands voice commands, and works with a verified database of opportunities for youth. Participants of the Youth Forum were the first to join the beta testing, with further functionality expansion planned in the Diya product ecosystem.
The portal has already established a starting database of opportunities across educational, business, social, cultural, and career sectors. This list will continually expand with new offerings, and private organizations can submit their proposals through a form on the portal.
“We didn't just create a portal. We created a mechanism that allows every voice to be heard. The 'IZI' assistant is a direct communication channel between youth and the government. We will analyze user requests, identify their needs, and relay this information to potential organizers. Together, we will make youth policy truly targeted and effective,” summarized Matviy Bidnyi.
“Modern youth expect fast, convenient, and personalized services, and that’s what we aimed to achieve with this platform. We are pleased to support the project and contribute to its development,” commented Victor Liakh, president of the Eastern Europe Foundation.
“The first version of the 'IZI' assistant is already operational in popular messaging apps, but we envision it as part of a larger digital ecosystem. Our team is dedicated to supporting Ukrainian youth, and we happily participated in the MVP version development and beta testing,” said Dmytro Hryshchuk, founder and CEO of PipeLogicAI.
The youth opportunity platform is implemented with the coordination support of the Youth Affairs Council under the President of Ukraine and expert guidance from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, supported by the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP Program.
