Honoring Outstanding Ukrainians on Constitution Day
In celebration of Constitution Day, observed on June 28, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree honoring several distinguished citizens. Among the recipients are representatives from culture, education, sports, healthcare, and media.
The decree was published on the official website of the President on June 28.

The renowned Ukrainian singer has been awarded the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. He shared his joy on social media and showcased his award.
"A special day! I congratulate everyone on Constitution Day! Thank you, Mr. President, for this honor!" - he wrote.
Oleksandr Pedan
The TV presenter and volunteer received the Order of Merit III degree for his significant contributions to social, cultural, military, and other fields.
Ruslan Tsygankov
The popular physics teacher, known for sharing his teaching methods on TikTok, also received the Order of Merit III degree. Tsygankov teaches at the capital's Lyceum No. 176.
Olena Kryvytska
The European fencing champion of 2025 was awarded the Order of Princess Olga I degree for her achievements.
Stepan Higa Jr.
The musician and composer, son of a legendary singer, has also been awarded the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine. He is an active member of the creative union "Association of Performers of Variety Art of Ukraine" and performs alongside his father.
