Over 4 Million Users on the app "Reserve+"
The number of active users of the Ministry of Defense's application "Reserve+" has reached 4 million.
This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko during her speech at the DOU Day conference.
The app was launched in May 2024 to implement the updated mobilization law. According to Chernogorenko, over 70% of conscripts have updated their information via "Reserve+", bringing the total number of registered users to 4 million.
In addition to updating records and accessing the registry, the app also offers additional services, including recruitment, which helps Ukrainians find suitable job vacancies. Chernogorenko noted that since the service's launch, over 100,000 applications for military positions have been submitted.
In March of this year, the app launched an electronic referral system for the military-medical commission (VLC). In just over two months, more than 200,000 referrals have been generated.
Chernogorenko also stated that the "Oberih" registry, which serves as the basis for "Reserve+", processes over 1 million requests daily and has 14 data exchange channels with government systems.
Note: The "Oberih" system is a unified electronic registry of conscripts, reservists, and those liable for military service. It reduces the likelihood of human error and saves time and resources through process automation.
